Important:

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once your order is confirmed and paid, no changes can be made.

• To remove an item after packing, a restocking fee of R10.00 or 20% of the item value (whichever is higher) will apply.

• Additions will be treated as a new order.

• Please double-check your order before submitting payment.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are our available shipping options, timeframes, and associated costs.

 

Courier Delivery

For all standard online orders (excluding bulk seed).

• Rate: R110.00

• Delivery Time: 2–3 working days to main centres, 2–5 working days to outlying areas

• Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

• Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes

 

Bulk Microgreen Seed Orders

Applies to orders of 6kg or more.

• 6–10kg Orders: R170.00

• 11–25kg Orders: R225.00

Use your own PUDO account for free shipping.

Refund & Return Policy

At Umuthi, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund on the product cost (excluding shipping), provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. All returns must be received by us within 15 business days to qualify.

• Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

Returns After 14 Days

Returns authorized beyond the initial 14-day window will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Order Errors

If we made a mistake on a written order, we’ll cover re-shipping. Errors from verbal orders are the customer’s responsibility, including return shipping.

• Tip: For accuracy, please submit orders in writing whenever possible.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-authorized. You’ll be provided with a Return Authorization (R.A.) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns without an R.A. number may be refused at the sender's expense.

Shipping Returns

Returns must be shipped to our postal address and labeled:
“Goods Returning to Manufacturer.”

• Use Postal Service only for returns. If a different method is used, any additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

Condition of Returned Products

All items must be in saleable condition. Opened or partially used products will not be refunded. If the return is lost or damaged in transit, no refund will be issued.

Quality Concerns

Returns due to product quality will be refunded or credited only after inspection. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the item is confirmed defective.
