At Umuthi, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund on the product cost (excluding shipping), provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. All returns must be received by us within 15 business days to qualify.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
2. Returns After 14 Days
Returns authorized beyond the initial 14-day window will incur a 20% restocking fee.
3. Order Errors
If we made a mistake on a written order, we’ll cover re-shipping. Errors from verbal orders are the customer’s responsibility, including return shipping.

Tip: For accuracy, please submit orders in writing whenever possible.
4. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-authorized. You’ll be provided with a Return Authorization (R.A.) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns without an R.A. number may be refused at the sender's expense.
5. Shipping Returns
Returns must be shipped to our postal address and labeled:
“Goods Returning to Manufacturer.”

Use Postal Service only for returns. If a different method is used, any additional charges are the customer's responsibility.
6. Condition of Returned Products
All items must be in saleable condition. Opened or partially used products will not be refunded. If the return is lost or damaged in transit, no refund will be issued.
7. Quality Concerns
Returns due to product quality will be refunded or credited only after inspection. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the item is confirmed defective.
