Celery Seed - Microgreen & Sprouting Seeds
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Celery (Apium graveolens) seeds are small, flat, and oval in shape, commonly sprouted to produce vibrant, crunchy celery microgreens. These microgreens are known for their refreshing, slightly peppery flavor and are packed with essential nutrients, making them a nutritious addition to a variety of dishes. Celery microgreens are a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, offering a flavorful and health-boosting option for anyone looking to enhance their diet with nutrient-dense greens. They are quick and easy to grow, typically sprouting in 7-10 days, and thrive in both indoor and outdoor environments.

- Mineral Content: Rich in essential minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, and manganese, which support various bodily functions, including bone health, muscle function, and energy production.

- Diuretic Properties: Traditionally, celery seeds have been used as a diuretic, helping to promote urine production and potentially supporting kidney function.
It's important to note that while non-sprouting celery seeds can be used as a flavorful addition to various dishes, they should not be used as a substitute for any prescribed medications or medical treatments. Always consult with a healthcare professional for individualized advice regarding your health.
