MIllet are small white, de-husked seeds. They are a group of highly variable seeds of various grasses and used as a staple food in parts of Africa and India. Some of the reported health benefits of millet include the fact it is gluten free as well as it's reported ability to help with Diabetes, to protect heart health, optimize immune system, increase energy levels, and improve muscle and nerve health. Too much is reported to be bad for the thyroid gland.
