  1. Preparation: Select clean, untreated seeds from a reliable source.
  2. Initial Rinse: Thoroughly wash seeds under cool running water to remove dust and debris.

  4. Drain & Position:
    • Drain water completely.
    • Tilt jar at a 45-degree angle in a bowl to ensure drainage.
    • Ensure good air circulation.
  5. Daily Care:
    • Rinse seeds twice daily with cool water.
    • Drain thoroughly after each rinse.
    • Shake jar gently to prevent seed clumping.
    • Keep in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.
  6. Growth Watch:
    • Maintain consistent temperature (60-70°F ideal).
    • Expect sprouts to reach 2-4 cm in 3-5 days.
    • Seeds should look plump and have tiny white roots.

    • Final rinse to remove seed hulls.
    • Drain completely.
    • Store in refrigerator.
    • Use within 3-5 days for maximum freshness and nutrition.
