What You'll Need
- Wide-mouth glass jar
- Sprouting lid or fine mesh screen
- Fresh, high-quality sprouting seeds
- Cool, indirect light area
Step-by-Step Sprouting Process
- Preparation: Select clean, untreated seeds from a reliable source.
- Initial Rinse: Thoroughly wash seeds under cool running water to remove dust and debris.
- Soaking: Fill jar 1/3 with seeds, cover with water. Soak 4-6 hours (or overnight for larger seeds) to kickstart germination.

Drain & Position:
- Drain water completely.
- Tilt jar at a 45-degree angle in a bowl to ensure drainage.
- Ensure good air circulation.

Daily Care:
- Rinse seeds twice daily with cool water.
- Drain thoroughly after each rinse.
- Shake jar gently to prevent seed clumping.
- Keep in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.

Growth Watch:
- Maintain consistent temperature (60-70°F ideal).
- Expect sprouts to reach 2-4 cm in 3-5 days.
- Seeds should look plump and have tiny white roots.

Harvesting & Storage:
- Final rinse to remove seed hulls.
- Drain completely.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Use within 3-5 days for maximum freshness and nutrition.
